All orders at OttyShop.com are manually checked before dispatch. 99% of items leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days after your purchase. Once shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking link.
We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Processing usually takes 7–15 business days. Shipping happens the day after processing. Delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on your location.
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel every step of the way.
You can modify or cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. If you’ve already received the shipping confirmation, we’re unable to make changes.

Some of our products are shipped from different warehouses. That means your items may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
Yes! As long as the items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, we accept returns for all items, including underwear and swimwear.
